Learning fundamental, alignments, bio mechanicals and all the techniques that suits your body structors to help you reach your goals without risk of injuries.
Hatha, Yin yoga, restorative Yoga and Pranayama (Breathing)
Traditional yoga, slow pace, gentle movements, suportive, stillness, therapeutic, and focus on stretching. Breathing exercises also help relaxing your mind and body, reducing stress and anxiety.
Office syndrome
Yoga is a great way to releasing the tightness in muscles and pain such as neck, shoulder, back pain, headache and numbness or tingling. Also strengthening those muscles is a long term solution in preventing the pain. Breathing exercises helps reduce the stress and anxiety and help relax your mind and body.
