Hello, my name is Issy. I am a certified yoga instructor from Thailand with over 2500 hours teaching experience. My yoga journey started when I was suffered with back pain from Scoliosis( curves in spine). Yoga really helps me relieving the pain and gaining strength to prevent the pain in long term. I would like to encourage everyone to move to prevent the sickness and pain, to add little movements into the daily life and make it as your ‘lifestyle’.
